When you need to split
Splitting a PDF is useful for emailing only the relevant chapter, sharing a single contract page, or breaking a 300-page book into chapters.
Two split modes
- By range — type
1-3, 7, 12-15to extract specific pages into one PDF. - Every page — produces a ZIP with one PDF per page.
Steps
- Open Split PDF.
- Upload your file.
- Choose a split mode and enter the ranges.
- Click Split and download.
Tips
- Need to merge the result back later? Use Merge PDF.
- For password-protected PDFs, remove the password first using your viewer's print-to-PDF feature.
